Quality of OCZ DDR3 memory

Has the quality of OCZ DDR3 memory improved since the company first started producing it?

I remember OCZ really had problems with Double Data Rate 3 RAM when they first began producing it. Is the quality decent enough for it to be considered good memory now?

I thought they weren't making DDR3 anymore? At least that's what I read ages ago. I seem to recall people not having issues with their DDR2, and their DDR3 sucked.
