Queries about my new pc case

I just got CoolerMaster Silencio 650.

I connected almost all case's internal cables, but the SD port and the fans speed button seems not to work. Do I need some internal connections for these?
There is a strange cable with 4 holes(in the shape of 'speaker') with the name 'USB'... what is this about? All normal usb2&3 cables have been connected.

Dont know what you mean by in the shape of speaker. Looked in the manual and cant see any wire connector from the case with 4 holes. It has a USB 3.0 and 2.0 connections and AC 97 and Audio HD. Can you show a photo of the connector?

U dont know the word "shape"? But u know how the speaker cable is, right?
Imagine the speaker cable, its shape and 4 holes. This is how looks like the cable I m talking about, labeled as 'USB'. If this is the SD cable, then where exactly do I connect it?

Which manual did u look? Mobo's or case's?

Sometimes there is a single row of 4 or 5 pins for the usb cable. Just connect it as per diagram. Make sure you connect it correctly or you could do damage to motherboard or usb ports. Usually the usb connector is a double row of connectors but there are sometimes only a single row.

My friend,
in the mobo there are 3 ports for the regular USB1/2. As u know these have 4+5 pins. Where exactly shall I put the 4 pins cable of SD?

Like johnb35 said, it probably a single row USB connector. You can connect it to either row on the USB header on the board, just make sure its turned the right way.

"probably a single row USB connector"?
I dont think GA-970A-UD3 has such connector.

......... You can connect it to either row on the USB header on the board, just make sure its turned the right way.
U mean on the regular 9-pin USB header?

No one of u, people, has an SD port in his case?

Can you please take a picture of each connector that still needs to be attached to the motherboard and post them. This is the only way we can help you tell where they are to be plugged in.

If you have a cable that is labeled USB and is only 4 pins, I've built many of systems with cases that have these. All you do is attach it to one row of the 2 row usb connections on the motherboard.

You keep saying SD cable, I'm not sure what you mean by that. This is why we need pics of all cables needing to be attached.

If its for a card reader then you still use a usb connection.

Here is how you connect a single row USB case connector to a USB motherboard header. Like said above, what do you mean by a SD cable?

Here is the cable I m talking about(I know, the picture is cloudy). It has 4 holes, just liked the speaker cable.

I put it in a mobo's usb port. That port is as StrangeHold shows, but upside- down. In the 4 holes part. And card is recognized.

Something weird happened first time I inserted the card. The wizard of new storage device came up. Then I tried the low/high fans switch and checked that it was working too. But card was dissapeared. Seems that this switch blocks card. I restarted pc and card was again available. I dont really need that switch, so I wont touch it again.
Second weird thing is that inside memo card I saw a folder which I have no idea how came in there:confused: It is a folder from a usb stick, I watched a month ago. Looks like that when I had connected the camera with its cable, this folder was auto-entered there...

I see u ask me what is "SD cable". That usb cable shown above, what else?
As I said my new case Silencio 650 has an SD port. In this port I enter this SD card

In order for this port to work, u need connect the (SD)cable in mobo.
