Question about 12V Rails

I'm in search of a better PSU and wonder if a single rail 12V@52A is better than 4 rails of 12V@18A.

These are the two that I'm contemplating about;
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005 (have $10 coupon)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341001

Unless you can suggest something of better quality around the same price.

I'm not running much of a machine (probably only needs 350-400W max)
Pent 4 2.6Ghz
2 GB RAM
ATI x1600 Radeon Pro

But I plan on using this PSU if I decide to build a tower.

If its a good supply doesnt really make that much difference if its single or X rails. The OCZ has around 48 or 49 total on the 12V rails. You dont just add them together. You take the total watts on the 12V rails and divide it by 12 to get close to the total.
