Question about CPU voltage

Hey guys, I recently built my new computer with the Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4ghz processor located here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16819115003

If you look at the specs you can see the voltage is:

Voltage 0.850V-1.3525V

Does this mean the CPU can do fine with any voltage between those two amounts? I currently have my voltage for the CPU set to 1.3375. Should I set it higher/lower? Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
If your running it at stock I would leave it at that, but if your overclocking you would want to raise it higher. People are known to run it at 1.55v+, but IMO I wouldnt run it higher then 1.45v.
 
If you have very good air cooling than you can hit over 3Ghz with stock voltage:D but would you stop there NO!. Rase it past stock untill you hit 1.425v (like [-0MEGA-] said) or watch for the temps past 60c
