Question about dual 4K setup with extras...

I have a AMD Radeon HD 7700(i7 system with 32gb RAM), I will be editing photos in Photoshop and editing videos in Premiere, that's it, no gaming.

I want to run two 27" 4K monitors from the two Displayports, one 23" 1080 monitor from the DVI port and one TV from the HDMI port (this is optional).

I have no clue how to even check to see if this is doable, I just know I have the ports for it.

Also, are 4K monitors worth it? Should I just stay with 1080 especially since I will have 27" monitors? (I have not purchased my new monitors yet, still trying to decide, I just know I at least want to 27" ones)....
 
Perhaps someone else could confirm, but you I think will AMD if you want to do multi monitor setup, 1 of them has to be connected via displayport.
