Question about encryption

I have encryption program called Kruptos 2.
http://www.kruptos2.co.uk/
Is encryption made by that program secure?
It uses "128/256 bit file encryption using the Blowfish encryption algorithm. "
If I encrypt my important files with it, will they be safe?

The short answer is most likely yes, blowfish encryption isn't really a standard, but no average joe can just crack 128 bit encryption and especially not 256, generally, the average person couldn't even crack XOR encryption without a program to do everything for them, anyway, expert crackers wouldn't bother breaking into a single arbitrary person's machine to steal info, they go for big things like government databases, so you're probably safe.
