Question about GTX260 with G840

Will the Nvidia GTX260 make a bottleneck with Intel G840?
Planning on upgrading my integrated vga but don't want to waste the money :)

Thanks in advance

You may get a bit of a small bottleneck; but it probably won't be noticeable. I'd say a GTX 550 Ti or maybe even a GTS 450 would be a better choice unless you get the 260 for free or dirt cheap. The 260 is kinda old now.

I don't know you are coming from vista, but not in the slightest. A g840 should drive up to a 7850 without a bottleneck. Yeah, you can get a 460 which is a A LOT better than a 260. A 260 is old, and doesn't support DX11, so you better be getting it for like $60 AT THE MOST.

Yea well, since I am from Serbia, things are getting more expencive with no reason, so 60$, or around 47euros for GTX260 would be something really worth considering as a possible purchase, and GTX260s here are moving around 80-120 euros depending on the manufacturer and the model which, anyways, is kinda wtf. I found one, used of course, but as the guy who is selling it said, in great condition and full pack for 60$ and still 2 days to go since it's a website very much like Ebay and there are still time left for price to rise and ppl are bidding it constantly... sooo I think I'll pass it.

Have any of you guys heard of AFOX manufacturer? I've seen some AFOX GTX550Ti(Green) guess it's a bit downclocked version by default and that's why the price (except for the manufacturer's name xD) is lower than the others GTX550Ti's. I found it in one pc store for around 80euros. Still thinking if i should get something "older" like 9800GT to save the money since such cards will definitely do the job, (playing only Leage of Legends) or just enter the store and to go for some new cards, get warranty and nice smelly plastic for some short period xD

Thanks for all replies above btw.
