Question about hosting providers.

I am looking for a stability and serious service hosting provider. With a 24 hours support and so on. I ve got 3 blogs and sometime problems with my hosting provider. What you think? And which provider you may reccomended?
What you think about ipower.com and fatcow.com? Are they good enough?

I like DreamHost as well as GoDaddy, both big names, virtually no downtime, and low prices (esp GoDaddy)

I would stay far away from GoDaddy. I've been using ZanyHost for two months. It's
VPS that only costs $8. You have guaranteed server resources so another user's
resource intensive website will not take your site offline. My uptime has been 99.95%
and response time about 30 minutes - not the fastest, but it's the cheapest reliable
VPS you will find. And because it is VPS, you can also Reboot your server through
control panel or SSH.

I have three servers with them and I host a total of 11 domains on those sites. It's
been a good experience, and especially for the price, it's been a great value.
