Well im pretty sure my computers pretty fail im just going to use this game as an example Called Aika online now i can run it but my game really lags even when all the settings are low now im just asking would it be better to just get a new computer (or make Though i have never made a computer before) or just buy some items to boost its performance if so what items are affordable and make a big difference? Though the highest graphic heavy game ive probably played is a game called Dragonest and even that is barley playable for me.

Looks like your running off of integrated graphics radeon express 200. You would have to buy a dedicated pciexpress video card in order to game better.
However, your system is somwhat on the old side, probably like 5-6 years old now. You would be better off building a new system, either an amd quad core or intel I5 build.
