Hello! My Lenovo (Windows 10) laptop currently has the Intel(R) HD version 10.18.10.4276 installed. I was looking at updating it, because I'm trying to get the best optimization for WoW. Anywho, the Intel updater software suggested I download and install Intel Graphics Driver version 15.33.43.4425 (for Windows 10), however it says "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues."
I guess my question is... can I manually install the more up-to-date driver anyway? What kind of issues would I expect, if any? I have looked for an update to the current driver from Lenovo, but it's not being updated anymore.
