I watched a video on how to overclock i5-3450 (I have 3450S) and he said "make sure you have a Z77 mobo before doing anything" Is that true? I can't overclock with any other board? (I have AsRock H67M)?

Thanks!

Only the Z77 chipset allows for overclocking with ivy bridge, any other and you'll be locked out.

Also, your i5-3450s doesn't have an unlocked multiplier anyways, so theres no point in trying to overclock even if you did have a z77.
