Hey,
so I was playing with my bios a little bit and overclocked my i7 950 to 4Ghz with speed step and turbo disabled. I idle at around 38-42 degrees and at load I reach 78 max after a couple of hours.
What i was wondering is - What is the difference between setting the multiplier to 21 and having a bclk of 191 and setting the multiplier at 23 and having a bclk of 174. Both are 4Ghz... do you get different temperatures or what does it do?
