Question about renaming files

So I have a question, y'know how when you have a file under one name, then you rename another file under the same name it has the (2) after it?

Example File.jpeg, File (2).jpeg

Well it always gives the notification that said file is already named that and asks if you want to rename it with the (2) after it, is there a way to disable that notification and rename it? I want to know because i'm organizing a bunch of anime pictures by title and the constant "file name used, rename it to this?" notification is annoying.

No there isn't. Though depending on the OS you can have other options. Files can not be named the same thing in Windows. However, in GNU/Linux or any Unix based system the same name can be used under the use of capital and lower case letters. For example, Filename.jpg is not equal to filename.jpg in a GNU/Linux or Unix based system.
