question about setting FSB in bios

I have the Asus M3A78-EM Motherboard with an AMD Phenom 8650 2.3ghz tripple core processor. is it better to lower the multiplier from 11.5x to 10 and raise the FSB from 200 to 240 so I get a higher FSB speed and, 2.4ghz speed instead of 2.3ghz. but, loose from 1066mhz mem. speed down to 960mhz? which it shows in CPU-Z program for Dram speed. I hope I'm not being to confusing. :D Thanks!
 
Well, I changed it back to 11.5x seem ok so far, now the cpu is running at 2.76ghz. instead of 2.4ghz. and my cpu temp is showing 36C as I type so I guess it should be fine. Thanks very much! :)
