Question about swapping out motherboard and CPU?

Currently I have a 6400+ and I think this is a pretty awesome swap for it...

Q9550 for $210...

Anyways, I wanted to know if it is as simple as unhooking everything from my current motherboard and swapping in an LGA775 motherboard with this bad boy on it?? Will everything else still work the same??

Thanks in advance

Edit: Nevermind, link is already dead. Hardcore pricing error on their part. Will be interesting to see if they still ship out the orders that they got, but for future reference I wouldn't mind knowing if the swap is that simple.

The main issue to be aware of when upgrading mobo and CPU is your power supply.
Most modern mobos need at least 350 watt. Connectors are also an issue. Check if you PSU has a 20 or 24 pin plug, as some mobos need the 24 pin. This is usually a 20 pin lead with a 4 pin adapter beside it.
Hope that made sense

You will also have to do a reinstall with your operating system as the software drivers are different that work with Intel processors and Socket 775 motherboards. Your current hardware setup is much different than your planned upgrade hardware.
