Question about switching btween tabs

Hi everybody

I have question in how I can switch between tabs?

I have tabbedpane, where there are 2 tabs inside it
each tab has its own panel and text area.

In my program, I have to click in a button to show result in the first tab. Then, click again in another button to show result in the second tab. any one knows how to switch to the second tab?
