question about task bar

i want a mac like dock sort of thing, or perhaps multiple ones, instead of the stupid task bar, and want to be able to customize the start menu and button and everything, any suggestions?

I use Object Dock on my gaming computer. It works really well, and it is $20. They implement "Tabs" and multiple "Docks". However, if you are looking for free, then you can use Rocket Dock, but it is limited to only one dock. Both are highly customizable.

As for changing the start menu and button and everything,You would be looking for Themes,What OS do you have?

I always found it a Pain to add custom themes to windows 7,Maybe i was just doing it wrong.
