Question about TV tuners

Hello, I am looking for a cheap tv tuner but I dont really know which one to buy. can you suggest me which one is better ?...
the Realworld Digital Entertainment Center DEC-100
or the Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP ?? :confused:
 
I've actually heard of the Leadtek one, and people seem to like it. I couldn't find them right off on Newegg, so it's hard for me to really give you much more info without specs and what not...
