Question about watercooling and another one about powersupply

Hello, I am getting a gaming rig with i7, and I am going to OC it to about 4.0 but will Corsair TX 750W PSU be safe to use?

And another question:

Does a watercooler need refills? For example, you have to pour in water every day for it to work?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but I don't watercool... yet ;). I also need to get an idea for the rest of your components before I determine whether or not it's going to be enough power. Chances are though, that'll power it.
 
Stoic, all respect, but this is the second thread in 20 minutes i have read from you saying:

"i don't use it, have not clue but it should be fine.". not helpful

The TX750 should be fine. What PSU are you oging to use? Post full intended system specs pls.

The watercooling unit will vary, but many allow flush and refill.
