Question About What Components Will Fit

I have this PC http://www.outletpc.com/zd1375.html

I am looking into upgrading my graphics card and my PSU and was wondering how I can know which will work/fit my machine.

Also if anyone could suggest me anything that they know will work, I am looking to spend less than 200 on a new graphics card and PSU with around 600watts. Thanks.
