I have xp home and have 4 accts set up. I think someone is physically logging on our computer. the 4 people swear they have not given out their passwords. I found this out when i was looking at the history or temp files and it showed sites or images that someone accessed the last few months under my name. I havent used this computer for months but have never been on these sites. Any help in finding this culprit?

just a concerned parent

You will have to get into your BIOS setup menu to set BIOS password. I think on E-Machines the key to get in to the BIOS is the DEL (Delete) key. Turn off your computer and turn it back on and as soon as the E-Machines logo appears, press DEL (Delete) key. If that key don't work try F1 or F2. From the BIOS setup menu you have to find something to do with security or password to set the password. I'm not to sure where to find the exact place to set password though.

just to give you a heads up their are password cracking programs out there and their is a chance of someone cracking your password and then using it without your knowing. just FYI.
