I'm egtting highly confussed, it says the FSB 800(1600)Mhz and it says it'll support DDR333, shouldn;t it be supporting DDR400 with the FSB of 800? and i have seen it supports DDR 400 on some pages to, so heres basicly my question WILL IT work with DDR400 as speeds of DDR400???

i think you might be getting the socket A based sempron confused with the socket 754 ones.

all socket 754 semprons use ddr400 ram, the socket A ones used ddr333

how could i mistake a socket 754 for a socket a? I know what a socket 754 looks like, and i bought this a few months ago.

sorry, i stand corrected. i thought they only did a 400 MHz bus on socket 754.
also, geoff5093 i wasn't questioning whether you knew what the socket looked like, i was only suggesting that the details of similarly named products with different specifications might have been confused.
it will still work with ddr400 ram however, also this ram would give you some overclocking headroom if you wish to do this.

It says 800Mhz, and isn;t that the same as 1600Mhz and 400Mhz becuase of all the technogleys and how they use it with their advertiment scemes.

Well i found out that it will indeed run at DDR333, so im getting a a socket 939, for that reason(DDR400), also that it will run dual channel and any socket 754 will not, and that im going to be getting more for my current mobo/CPU then I though.

and i read that...
