Question regarding changing my ip with a DSL modem

Thank you to everybody for taking the time to read this and helping me out.

My modem is made by Billion. It is the "BiPAC 5210S RC, ADSL2+ Modem/Router"

My last modem allowed me to setup a connecting through Windows and I would simply disconnect/reconnect and I had a new IP. This allowed me to watch movie on websites that would limit how long an IP could watch.

My problem is, the new modem I have now requires that I enter my login information in the modem software by going to 192.168.1.1
Is there a quick way to renew my IP using this type of modem?

Thank you for your help

p.s. I used to be able to change my ip in like 5 seconds. Now I have to power down the modem to do it and that takes considerably longer. Faster way?

I get a new IP by disconnecting the power to the modem or going into the setup or status screen and clicking "Disconnect". I'll wait maybe two minutes and either plug the modem in again, or click "Connect" on the Status screen. Presto -- a fresh new IP address.

In the two minutes I'll go make a cup of coffee or get off my rear and walk around. In the grand scheme of things, two minutes isn't really that long. I know it feels it, but some ISPs are slower than others to reassign an IP address.
