I bought this custom pc from a person and he left me no motherboard book or box, and nothing about it. I want to buy new ram, but have no clue what it uses, is there a program to scan my whole computer and show me it?
 
Most likely it supports DDRII 800 minimum. But try looking at the RAM slots on the mobo itself and see if says, some times it will be printed right on there. OR trying finding a model number some where on the board. Also if you want you can download Everest, it will tell you everything you need to know about your PC, including RAM.

I think Lavalys EVEREST Ultimate Edition would be your key to the question. Try it, it's got more than u need.
