Hey guys Im new here, First post woot! Haha anyway I'm really posting to ask you guys about upgrading my cpu. I have a am3 socket mobo and it has a crap cpu in it right now that came with it. It uses 45 watts and I'm looking to upgrade to a dual core 2.9 ghz processor but it uses 65 watts I only have a 250 watt power suply do you think I should be fine upgrading or should I buy a new psu?

Components Upgraded:
GFX Card: Nvidia Geforce 8400 gs
Wireless N Pci e card.
 
Ht processor

Hey can anyone tell me if I can overclock my HT processor. I just got it 4 years ago and I can it can be overcloked if it can be kindly let me know.
