What is a good temperature for the cpu to be running at not oc'd and whats a good speed fpr the coolers and can i find this info without restarting comp and tapping f2 till i see it up

This processor idles at 35° Celsius. Overclocked idles at 37° C. This is even in a poor ventilated case.
