This is actually similar to what I did a few years ago. Although I kept the case inside and used some dryer tubing to pull in cold air from outside, worked very well BTW.

If you heat cool air with a given humidity ratio the humidity ratio will stay the same, the dew point will stay the same, and the relative humidity will decrease. So basically you will either have to have a lower temperature than the air was at initially for condensation to occur, or the humidity ratio would need to increase (which is entirely possible due to the weather).

I assume youre joking. But even if you weren't I would never do that. I'd never trust my computer in the hands of some guy living in Alaska... no offense to any alaskans here. He'll probably just steal a few thousand computers, move to Mexico and sell them all...

On topic: You could always have the radiator outside your window, and have all the other components inside, so the water goes through the radiator and gets hella chilly, then comes back trough.
