I jsut wnated some input on which is better for the price or mabye there is a better one?

Make sure to get one that will fit your chip. If you will be overclocking, definitly get the best one you can.

According to the first one (Swiftech MCX775-V):
Compatible with - Intel Pentium 4 processors (socket LGA775)

According to the second one (ZALMAN CNPS9500):
Compatible with a Socket 775 platform, the Zalman Pro works flawlessly with Intel’s Dual Core Pentium, Pentium 4, and Celeron D systems.

I'd go with the Zalman out of those two.
