questions on cooling

i tried posting this in the cooling section but no1 answered. so im thinking about getting a new cpu cooler so i can overclock to 3.2(already know how to overclock so i dont need any links) and i want to get a cooler for my video card. i only got around 100 to 150 bucks total. i tried looking on newegg but im not sure what brackets and stuff that ill need. please help if possible.

One of the best CPU coolers around is the Tuniq tower 120. its 45$ that leaves you with some extra cash for your VGA cooler.

there are like 9 screws on the back of it. which ones do i need to take off?
