I want to build a gaming computer, thats around $1000-1200 so couple of questions.

Parts i want
512MB or more GPU
Quad Core or higher
4gb+ Ram

Ok so here are the questions

1) What is a good case to start out with that would fit these things
2) What is a good power supply?
3) What motherboard can support all of these?
4) I want GOOD cooling, what are the best/higher end types cooling systems?
5) Is solid state HDD worth it?
6) DDR2 - DDR3 difference and worth the money?
7) i7 vs. Quad Core worth it?

i know it a lot of questions but this seems like the perfect place to ask them
