Hi, I´d like to know the difference between HDTV-out and TV-out...if I want to use cable tv, does the motherboard support that with the place for the cable, or do I have to buy something else?

i think hdtv is just a better quality of picture. it not clear what you are tyring to do here, are you trying to display your pc on a tv, or visa versa

I´m trying to watch TV on my computer monitor...sorry if I´m not too good with the words, I´m not from US... : )

I´m not from US.
Neither am i

If you want to watch tv on your monitor then you will need a tv tuner card. These are often graphics cards that accept tv input. You can get usb versions as well.

If you are using onboard graphics then you will almost certainly need to buy one of these cards, as i dont think any motherboards support tv-in. If you have a graphics card installed then it may be worth looking at wether that card already support tv-in, however i doubt it, tv tuner capacity is normally something extra that most cards wont support

vivo means vidoe in - video out and mean that the card will have a port to allow you run a video signal in.
