quick bios flash question

i am getting ready to do my second PC build for my uncle on saturday. we are going to use the evga 680i and it has usb flash capabilities. so i went into the evga forums and saw how to configure my USB falshdrive to act as a floppy. so say after that is configured, i went to the P24 download page and it is an executable file. what do i do from here?
 
Sometimes you can just update the BIOS from windows, and run the .exe. It will get everything ready, reboot, update the BIOS, and go into windows.
 
I don't know if it is the best way, but it surely is easy. I updated my BIOS in a matter of minutes.
 
so i can boot up, get everything running set removable as primary boot and then go into windows, get the internet quickly, stick my USB in with it already formatted as floppy, run the .exe and it will put it on the USB, i reboot, and it flashes my BIOS like that?
