quick budget question

what video card would you guys recommend to get the best graphics possible in WOW. thats all im really interested in playing. because i intend to upgrade after i get a 60. so i will have it for a few months. and im on a tight budget around christmas for a new PC. i just want to be able to max out the graphics in WOW. and not go overboard.

the 6600 (I think GT) is already able to play WoW maxed out
but,.. the fps is more limited to the CPU + RAM in that game.

Can we narrow down a 'tight budget' to a number? I assume you're using PCI-E?
