Quick comparison question..

Ok, there are 2 computers that I'm looking at that are exactally the same except for these things (same price too):

#1 Pentium 4 2.93G 1G (1Gx1) RAM, and 160 G HD

#2 Pentium 4 3.06G 512G (256x2) RAM, and 250 G HD

Which one do you think is the better deal? You know what I mean? #1 has double the RAM and is easily upgraded t 2G if needed (since only one slot is taken) and is that much processor speed difference going to matter? I'm leaning on the side of #1, the HD difference doesn't matter to me so much, I have and 80G now and I'm doing fine with that... But any input?

I run two 250gb drives here with 2gb of ram. I wouldn't run a system like a newer Intel or AMD with two 256mb dimms and expect much. With Intel models you probably wouldn't see a greatest difference in processors especially on a board where you can upgrade later. #1
