quick little boot up problem

hey i just started up my new pc last night and everything is running great, but when i turn it on it doesnt automaticlly go into windows it goes to a screen where at the bottem it says floppy disc fail and i have to press f1 to continue then it goes to another screen, both r black then it loads a buncha stuff then loads windows,,.,, my question is how do i make it so it automaticlly starts up windows at boot-up???? thanks!

if i am correct your floopy drive is failing during POST. so POST is asking you if you want to continue. after you hit F1 POST continues and once it ends it loads Windows.

and you cant cancel POST.

so i cannot make it go automaticlly into windows like every other computer??? i have to presss f1 every time i want to get into windows??

you could try replacing the floopy drive or just removing it

Make sure you dont have a floppy in the drive, then double check its connections. If not you can just disable the floppy port in the bios and take it off the boot order.
