Quick question about the Asus Striker Extreme NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI

It says that the memory standard is 800. Does that mean that if I have 1066 RAM, it won't even work?

It will work, however the motherboard will downclock the ram to run at DDR2-800 speeds.

Well in my new build I am going to get the Asus Striker Extreme, and I was going to get OCZ Flex XLC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)?

And what is memory standard? Is the the Mhz? Because the PC2-6400 runs at 1150 MHz, or is memory standard a completly different thing?
