Quick question and compare

I had an EVGA GTX 9800 http://computershopper.com/reviews/evga_egeforce_9800_gtx_graphics_card_review, but it died the other day. I replaced it with a Galaxy GTX 465 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162052&Tpk=galaxy gtx 465.
My questions are:

How do the 2 cards compare?

Can the Galaxy be overclocked in anyway, or even just the core temp/fan speed?

How well should this card handle Battlefield 3 when it comes out?

I'm pretty much in the dark when it comes to the specs of computer components, outside the obvious, so any help is appreciated.

if your going for the 46x route, get a 460, its like 2x as fast as a 9800 as far as i would say, replaced two 9800GTX+ cards with one 460, couldnt be happier.

the 460 is also more expensive than that card by a chunk, but idk how the 465 will perform on bf3, should be able to get medium settings i'd say but not too familiar with card to game performance and plus nobody knows the exact needs of bf3 since it isn't out, but we do have the min and rec which that looks to be fine with those

Thanks. I needed to replace the 9800 and wanted something at least as good, but on the cheaper end. If I can get 40fps +/- on med/high settings I'm happy with it.

I would like to know if there's any tweaks I can do to the card or if it's even possible.

do a little overclocking, also on the cpu too, but research doing that before you just jump in, or you can kill the card or the cpu depending on which you do it to

I know I can OC my cpu by 15% (which brings it to 3.43) but I don't know what to use for the GPU to overclock it. I used Rivatuner for the 9800 but it is very limited with the galaxy 465.
