quick question

So are you saying your Windows operating system isn't genuine? We can't help you any further until you install a valid Windows operating system.
 
no its legit i mean i used an iso from a torrent sit but entered my own key from my other computer im saying because the disc installs/copies all different files ect could that be why?

Downloading the iso image of windows off a torrent site is bad and illegal. Now if you downloaded the iso from a valid website, like microsoft then thats fine. Using a valid install cd guarantees that you have a genuine OS that the files have not been altered or malware added in any way.
