Will 600w be enough for a gtx 680 and a i7 3770k?

It's safer to go with at least a 700watt psu from a good brand.
what brand is yours from?

edit: 600-650 should be enough if you got enough rating from amps on the +12.

For a gtx 680 you'll need a minimum of 550 watts and +12 volt rating of 38 amps.
what does your current one have?
The one you linked would be plenty enough.

I'm building a computer and I was making sure I would have enough power so when I do make my computer I don't find out that I need more power.

you can read it in specs:

so yes it's fine!
