Quick Question

It usually say's on the label on the HD itself :)

edit: after doing a bit of research,.. it seems not all HD's have the rpm on the label anymore..
can you find out what type of harddisk you have?

i cant seem to find the type of hard disk, i was wondering if there was a way without actually taking the back off and looking.
 
Or of course you can just go into the BIOS by pressing Del when the computer boots, and note down the model number as it's described in those screens, then google for the model specs with that model number. :)
 
damn, i should have thought about that one

but yes, magic's right, you should be able to se the brand and type of your HDD in the bios too
