I got a quick noob question. I have a Intel Pentium 4 2.14 GHz cpu. Is that better than a Intel Core 2 Duo with only 1.86 GHz??

the pentium 4 is pretty much on the death bed. and besides, clock speed is not that important in deciding how fast a pc can run.
