he's got windows i think or getting it from mom or something. Will be purely for gaming AFAIK, any suggestions? this is pushing his budget far so no more unless it's a great deal

Case is kinda blah in my opinion but everything else looks good.

no on that PSU. Grab either a ZT/ZX or go corsair.

I personally would go for a 990FXA-UD3 or 970A-UD3, but you should be fine with the bundled board. MSI don't exactly have the best track record though.

Yeah it shows up. 8GB Sniper 1600. Not bad.

What's this guy's budget? It looks OK to me, I'd get a better case though - Carbide 300R if he can spend 20 more.
