Quiet computer case $100ish

My family wants an office computer, and I plan to leave it running constantly for the print sharing. It needs to be really quiet though, so that you barely even notice when it is turned on.

I've read that P182 is really quiet, but it might be a bit too much money, unless it is totally worth it in which case I will get it.

I've also read antec sonata is really quiet. Would that be worth getting?

BTW, I would prefer black or colors that go with black, so the brown color of the p182 is a bit of a downside.

Its not the computer case, its the computer case fans, and CPU fan, and possibly the power supply also. Id get some quiet case fans, silent power supply and a quiet processor fan, it will make it virtually silent then.

Well, if you click on the pictures in his signature you can clearly see that the P182 is not black. It's "gun metal," as advertised by Antec.

However, the P180b is black and costs less than the P182, maybe that's something to think about.

Besides the being gun metal gray, the P182 has some nice cable management built into the case. For example the motherboard panel has holes in it so you can run the cable behind everything. However at the end its just a personal preference of color.

Is the P182 better than the P180B? They both are quiet and are a tier above the sonata, but isn't the p182 just the next generation p182?

Yes, it's a revised version. It's better if you want stock cable management, but not if you really want a black case.
