I don't have enough money to go water cooling.... but i have enough to spend on some new fans. my pc sounds like a jet engine right now. what fans are the loudest and therefor need to be replaced first? any sort of specification i should look for? what decible should i be looking at?

go get some of those clear things that replace the screws on ur case fans , and look for a low rpm fan that still has good cooling power, i have 2 antec 120mm low rpm fans on my system and i can barly hear it ; also it has alot to do with ur psu , the psu fan is usually the one that makes the most noise

thanx guys... my search has no narrowed down. low rpm makes since.... becuase i dont need a lot of cooling for my system so i will really appreciate the quiet fans lol.
ps: modding man...those fans look insane... they have a lot of cooling power but the noise level is 32 db. u sure its really that quiet?

they are quiet enough, just a faint hum. depends on how many u have. i got 3, and probably gonna get more.. ahah. but yea, it also depends on our individual definition of "quiet" but if u want good and sturdy fans, then yea. but if u dont want to cool THAT much, then get a lower rpm one. its all good.
