QX9650 Overclock

my sig-rig is ready for some overclocking. i'd like to have the ram and cpu running the same speed, and i'd like to get as close to 4.0ghz as i can. can someone recommend a multiplier-fsb figure for me? i'm not the best at math :o. oh, and let me know if i should add a little juice and where? thanks.
 
You'd think that with a system like that you would be an expert at overclocking, I mean who buys parts such as that without knowing how to overclock?

Anyways, just start by raising the multiplier, or if you want to keep your RAM in a 1:1 ratio then raise the FSB until you are happy with the memory speed, then try raising the multiplier.
 
i reccomend that you give that system to me and ill ah...ill overclock it for you...and ill give it back is say 2 years...
 
c'mon guys, i'm not a retard. it's just that i've always had memory that ran the same speed as my fsb, and that's not the case this time. i can raise them both, but i'm asking for a little help getting them to come out even. haters please don't post, your just showing your ass.
