radeon 4890 tearing and crashing

Hello. I was playing Mortal Online, when it suddenly started appearing tears on my screen. The screen also goes black and I get a message telling me the video driver has crashed. I am worried now...

This is how the tears generally look, not just in games, it's everywhere!
and if I enter any game, the computer gets BSOD.

Try replacing the graphics card with another, see if it is indeed the graphics card.

Hmm have you re-installed the drivers? Whats the cards temps like?

Id try a RMA on the card.

it's not because of temps, they are at 50c idle and load about 60-65.
I can use windows but tears appear sometimes, and when I enter a game of furmark, it goes wild and crashes the video driver, if im unlucky the whole pc BSOD's.

Whats your full system specs? Overclocked?
Power supply?

Reseat the crad and check that the power connectors are in properly.
