Radeon 9550?

I bought this card a while ago and forgot to return it. I dont think I can return it anymore, so should I sell it or replace it with my mx420? I understand the 9550 sucks (some idiot at best buy told me it was better than a 9800 pro!), but will i get better performance than my curent card in half life 2 and counter strike source? Its the 256 mb memory version. (which I paid way to much for)

Of the two mentioned cards use the 9550, don't however expect much gaming performance.

So should I install the 9550 if i already have a mx420, or should I sell the 9550 and wait till I have more $$$? Because the 9550 was over priced at 130 dollers.

Well see if they agree to take it back, if so return it and buy a better card with the money.

If they won't take it back then either sell it or put it in your computer, anyhow it's a better card than the 420, as I stated in my first post.

Yeah, best buy has way overpriced stuff, a PNY 7800GTX is $600! Thats 100 dollers more than at newegg!

OMG! I can buy a 6800GT for that money... the only broblem is, even if I buy the grafics card, I still need a RAM upgrade, a mobo upgrade and cpu upgrade (and posibly a second HDD) With all the money spent, I will have to save up more for a new pc, so if I can return the card I will just wait till I can buy a new pc.

Its probably the 512 mb version though so that would explain it... But still overpriced :eek:
