Radeon HD 4670 On 300 Watts! WILL IT WORK!

I ordered a Radeon HD 4670. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127383. I have a 300 watt HP PSU. Will it run fine? Im assuming it will because a wattage calculator says my rig will max out at 260 watts with everything using max power. I would like to see your thoughts I payed the 80 bucks for the upgrade so I can play R00nSc4p3 HD!!! (And fallout 3, Farcry 2, Gta4... You know.. those NON JAVA games)

I imagine it'll be ok, although I've seen some pretty shitty HP psu's just depends what quality yours is I suppose..

I'd be willing to bet, it'll be fine.

I'm almost certain it'll work, if I remember correctly that card is supposed to only consume 25 watts under load and is generally considered a choice for those who want the most power possible with a crappy stock PSU.
