Radeon R7 360: fan speed control?

Hi.
Got the R7 360 this week to replace my old HD 5670 that finally gave up the ghost.

I am not into gaming, OC or any of that stuff. So, upon driver installation I chose to d/l and install the "Minimal setup" from AMD. I took that route because, basically, I did not want to stuff my PC with crap I would never use anyway.

The downloader I used: radeon-crimson-15.12-minimalsetup_web.exe

I got it installed and everything seems to run smoothly... but man, that fan just keeps going at it. I mean when the system is pretty much idle I can just barely hear it but as soon as I play any kind of video, even a low-res piece of s*** on youtube, those RPMs really pick up.

I couldn't find anything that allows me to control the fan in the driver which is titled "AMD Radeon Settings". I'm not sure what Catalyst is supposed to be but isn't it like an advanced software for display adapters? In any case, I don't think I have it.

To cut to the chase, is there any way to control the fan on this card?
If I need the full-version driver for this, what's the proper procedure of installing it? Can I just d/l and install, the way everything sits right now, or should I first remove my current driver with DDU?

Thanks!

Totally forgot: I'm on Win7 64-bit and my MB is Asus P8P67 Pro, if that makes any difference.

Try downloading MSI Afterburner, it works well for Nvidia cards and I think it works with ATI cards as well.

Are you serious? The OEM does not provide any tools for this?
And isn't Afterburner for monitoring the fps and temperatures? Or am I missing something?
Well, I don't need to monitor anything. I have a fan controller (Scythe) and I've attached one of the sensors to the heat sink on the video card. The temperature never goes above 104F, while most of the time it's around 90! Under the conditions that I have, the stupid fan isn't supposed to be going like it's a bloody propeller on a drone.... ever!

What I need is to crank the RPMs way down.
Any suggestions?
