RAID 0 Dual 74gb Raptor's VS. 150gb Raptor

I am about to upgrade my os and I thought it would be a good time to upgrade my hard drives. I was looking at dual 74gb raptor's (WD750ADFD) but I was told that the newer 150gb raptor was faster than 2 74gb raptors in RAID 0. I want to spend under $250 and I do a little of everything (gaming, video editing, websites, etc.) Any one have any suggestions?

Ok, Now i figure out that there is a enterprise edition which runs fast than the Raptor X and is Cheaper and quieter but I am still wondering if a RAID confiuration could go faster.

RAID 0 is crap.

I have a Raptor X and I'm not overly thrilled with it. It's ok, I guess, but I have the regular Raptor 150 GB drives in this server here and they're much better and a tad cheaper. I guess you pay for a stupid window that noone ever sees anyways.
